Jackie Zayac

Jackie Zayac, PT, DPT, Owner

Jackie was born and raised in the Bay Area. She received her Bachelor of Science in Exercise and Sports Science from the University of San Francisco. She went on to attend graduate school at UCSF where she earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Jackie has been treating patients on the peninsula for over 20 years.

Jackie places emphasis on a thorough evaluation, manual therapy skills, exercise progression and patient education. She believes in the importance of continuing education and advancing her skills so she can better serve her patients. She has extensive post graduate education in orthopedic rehabilitation, exercise science, and manual therapy.

Jackie is the mother of 3 very active children. In her off-time you will find her at the field or courtside at their many sporting events.

Christina Goultas

Christina Pollard, PT, DPT

Christina earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of the Pacific. She completed her undergraduate degree in Exercise and Sports Science at the University of San Francisco. Christina strives to help patients return to their optimal level of function through the use of evidence-based therapeutic exercise and manual therapy techniques. She enjoys educating patients regarding their injuries and places emphasis on reaching patient-specific goals throughout the rehabilitation process.

Outside of the clinic, Christina enjoys exploring new parts of the Bay Area, trying new restaurants, hiking, cooking, cheering on local sports teams, and spending time with family and friends.

Kimberly Tom Headshot

Kimberly Tom, PT, DPT

Kimberly was born and raised in the Bay Area. She earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences. Kimberly completed her undergraduate degree in Molecular, Cell, and Developmental Biology from UC Santa Cruz, where she also played collegiate basketball. Kimberly is passionate about helping patients maximize their potential and reach their goals through evidence-based exercises and manual therapy interventions. She emphasizes the importance of patient education and preventative rehab to reduce injuries and promote lifelong patient care.

Outside the clinic, Kimberly enjoys working out, watching the local sports teams, finding new places to eat, and spending time with family and friends

Joseph Livelo, PT, DPT

Joey was born and raised on the San Francisco Peninsula and developed a passion for helping others early on. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Social Action before pursuing a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Hawaii Pacific University.

As a physical therapist, Joey emphasizes a hands-on approach, combining manual therapy with therapeutic exercises to promote strength, mobility, and long-term recovery. Patient education is a key part of his practice, empowering individuals to take an active role in their healing process.

Outside of work, Joey enjoys staying active at the gym, relaxing at the beach, and exploring new restaurants.

Kelly Durham, Office & Billing Manager

Kelly has been with West Bay Sports Medicine & Rehabilitation Center for over 13 years. She will assist you with scheduling and handles all insurance and billing concerns.
